While most orders are normally routed automatically to the closest available print provider, there may currently be occasional issues with the automatic routing process. This means your order may not always be sent to the nearest print provider correctly, which could result in additional processing or shipping delays.
Because I am personally the one responding to customer emails and order questions, please allow approximately 7–10 days for a response while I am in the hospital.
